Extended Day
The school has a Breakfast and After School Club which is open to children attending Highwood.
Please note that charges are reviewed on an annual basis.
Our current charges are:
| Breakfast Club | £4.80 |
| After School Club Half session to 4.30pm | £6 |
| After School Club Full session to 6pm (Monday to Thursday) | £12 |
| After School club Fridays - open until 5pm charged at half rate | £6 |
From September 2024 our new prices will be as follows;

| After School Club half session to 4.30pm | £6.25 |
| After School Club Full session to 6pm (Monday to Thursday) | £13.75 |
| After School club Fridays - open until 5pm charged at half rate | £6.25 |
Payment for breakfast and after school club must be paid monthly in advance. You will receive a text with the amount to pay each month. Payment may be made in a number of ways as below:
- Childcare vouchers - please contact us for school's details to set this up.
- Tax free childcare vouchers - please advise us when payment has been made.
- Payment is online via Arbor. (login.arbor.sc) You will have a link to this when your child joined the school. Please let the office know if you need a password reset. .

Cancellations can be made in writing to admin@highwood.wokingham.sch.uk with 7 days notice. No refunds will be given for sickness or holidays unless 7 days notice is given.
