The school has a Breakfast and After School Club which is open to children attending Highwood. 

Please note that charges are reviewed on an annual basis.

Our current charges are:

Payment for breakfast and after school club must be paid regularly in advance to ensure that all outstanding balances are clear before the last month of the term.

Payment may be made in a number of ways as below:

• Childcare vouchers - please contact us for school's details to set this up.
• Tax free childcare vouchers - please advise us when payment has been made. 
• Payment is online via Arbor. (login.arbor.sc) You will have a link to this when your child joined the school. Please let the office know if you need a password reset.

Reminder

• You are able to view, make payments and manage your account via Arbor.
• Any reminders for outstanding balances could result in a £5 admin fee per reminder.

Cancellations can be made in writing to admin@highwood.wokingham.sch.uk with 7 days notice. No refunds will be given for sickness or holidays unless 7 days notice is given.
