Miss Bicheno

I am Miss Bicheno and after spending time travelling in South America, I returned to the classroom as part of the Year 6 team.  I love learning and one of my favourite parts about being a teacher is that I get to learn (and laugh) alongside the children in my class. I also love watching the children I teach grow and develop as learners and individuals – especially as they get ready to make the transition to secondary school. 

When I’m not at school I can often be found reading a book – you’ll have to come and ask me what some of my current favourites are or recommend me one of yours! I am very passionate about supporting all children to develop a lifelong love of reading. I’m also a very active person and love running, swimming and going to fitness classes. Another passion of mine which I try and share with my class as much as possible is learning languages – it’s a great way to challenge yourself and meet new people!

Mrs Hind

Hello, I am Mrs Hind.

Anyone who knows me will know that, for as long as I can remember, I always said I wanted to be a teacher. Throughout my teaching life I have had the pleasure of teaching children from Reception, all the way up to Year 6! I have spent most of my time teaching Year 2 and Year 5/6, and no matter what the age, I still try to make learning as fun as possible! I am creative and love to run, especially at the end of a long day teaching! I have two little girls, so after teaching all day, I then go home to my second job of being mummy!
